For the convenience of the 8th Annual Symposium on early Alzheimer’s Disease attendees, a limited number of rooms have been reserved at the special daily rate of $200 (single or double occupancy, plus resort fees, state and local taxes). To receive this conference rate, reservations must be made directly with the Eden Roc Hotel and you must mention that you are a registrant of the 8th Annual Symposium on Early Alzheimer’s Disease. Rooms will be held at the special rate until Thursday, February 18, 2010. Rooms at the discounted rate will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Reservations received after the cut-off date are subject to availability and prevailing rates.
Any room reservation changes or cancellations must be made directly with the hotel.

Parking
Valet parking is not included in the registration fee. A flat rate of $22.00 will be charged for daily valet parking. A flat rate of $30.00 will be charged for overnight valet parking with in and out privileges.
Airport Shuttle Service
Super Shuttle services all airline terminals at Miami International Airport. The cost is $22.00 per person to the Eden Roc Resort.
Taxi Service
The cost of a taxi from MIA to the Eden Roc is a fixed rate of $32.00.
