For the convenience of the 10th Annual Symposium on Early Alzheimer's Disease attendees, a limited number of rooms have been reserved at the special daily rate of $157 (single or double occupancy, plus resort fees, state and local taxes). To receive this conference rate, reservations must be made directly with the Miami Beach Resort and you must ask for the Group rate for Mount Sinai Medical Center. Rooms at the discounted rate will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Any room reservation changes or cancellations must be made directly with the hotel. The hotel reservations cutoff date is December 14, 2011.

Business casual attire is appropriate for all events. A light sweater or jacket is recommended in the meeting rooms.

Valet parking is not included in the registration fee. A flat rate of $22.00 will be charged for daily valet parking. A flat rate of $30.00 will be charged for overnight valet parking with in and out privileges.

Airport Shuttle Service

Super Shuttle services all airline terminals at Miami International Airport. The cost is $22.00 per person to the Miami Beach Resort.

Taxi Service

The cost of a taxi from MIA to the Miami Beach Resort is a fixed rate of $32.00.
