The fees for the 2008 MCI Symposium are listed at the bottom. The schedule can be viewed on the Agenda page.

The registration fee covers all activities including breakfast buffet and lunch on Friday and Saturday as well as the Welcome Dinner Friday evening.

Online Registration will automatically compute the fee based on the selection you make as listed below. You will be asked which events you are going to attend so that we have the information for planning purposes. As previously stated, there are no additional fees.

Please DO NOT use the Mozilla Firefox browser as problems have been reported. Internet Explorer will handle registrations properly.

PLEASE NOTE: Registrations from February 23 through March 6 will be assigned a late fee of $50. Onsite registrations will be assigned an onsite late fee of $100.
