CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations must be made in writing.

A full refund minus a $35 processing fee is available through December 20, 2019.

No partial refunds will be made available thereafter.

Changes to attendee information or registration substitutions must be made no later than January 10, 2020.

ATTIRE

The dress code for the Conference is business casual (i.e. slacks, casual dresses) to business attire (i.e. neckties, business suits). Meeting room temperatures will vary, so wear layered clothing to ensure your personal comfort. We also recommend attendees wear comfortable shoes.

 

BADGE POLICY

Your Conference registration name badge is your admission to the educational, poster and networking sessions. Please wear your badge at all times while at the event.

 

RECORDING OF SESSIONS

Video or audio recording of any educational session is strictly prohibited without prior written permission from both organizers and the session presenter(s).  Please note that as in previous years, we shall record all sessions and post them at this website.

 
 

PHOTOGRAPH RELEASE

By submitting the Registration form, you release any photographs that may be incidentally taken of you during these events by the organizers to be used for any purpose.
